YouthFriends held its first major fundraiser, Ante Up! for YouthFriends (a charity Texas Hold'em Tournament), Oct. 11. Nearly $30,000 was raised to support the YouthFriends effort.
Grand prize winner Michael Malish was awarded an entry into the Worlds Series of Poker Championship in Las Vegas (a $1,500 entry value plus airfare for one).
